I went to get a ring sized and they were very honest with me about sizing smaller can make tiny diamonds pop out. So they called me and said they can put little balls on the inside of the ring to make the ring fit me better. The cost didn't change, was a reasonable price, and was done fairly quickly. I was told by a different jeweler that no jeweler would ever resize my engagement ring because the ring would be ruined. Then, he tried to sell me a look-a-like at his store for 2000. Jeweler's Workbench was able to resize it the same day at a reasonable price and it looks great. The guy is a hero.💪

Did a phenomenal job deep cleaning and bringing a ~60 year old automatic watch back to life. Cleaned the exterior of the watch too, it looks great.
